We appreciate your trust in us. Every set is meticulously styled and handmade by our skilled manicurists using salon-grade materials. Because each order is crafted to order, please review the timelines below before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are handcrafted in our studio and typically ship within 5–10 business days of purchase. Higher-volume periods (holidays, restocks, promotions) may extend this by a few days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays, and begins the business day after your order is placed.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more — domestic and international. Orders under $75 are charged standard shipping rates, calculated at checkout based on destination.
Transit Time
Once your order ships, transit typically takes 5–10 business days regardless of destination. Timing may vary slightly based on your location and the carrier’s network.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country’s government. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility. We are unable to predict or reimburse these charges — please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after it is issued.
Delivery Issues
- Incorrect addresses: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- Lost or stolen packages: Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen items. If you believe your package was lost in transit, contact the carrier first, then reach out to us at oursnailsllc@gmail.com and we’ll do what we can to help.
- Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at oursnailsllc@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
